Additional Comments: Hi my name is Kayla, i am looking for a roommate ASAP to occupy the second bedroom in my condo. I just moved to tempe in Nov and paid the 1st months rent by myself and need to rent out the seond bedroom to help split the rent. You can move in as soon as you need to and i can pro- rate from when you move in or i am looking to find some by Dec 1st at the latest. I am looking for someone respectful, clean, and preferably a female student or grad student. I am a junior at ASU and i play rugby for ASU so i am pretty busy in and out of the house. I am a clean mature responsible person and would like to find someone that i get along with. Not looking for someone to be best friends with or hang out with all the time, but would be open to hanging out if we got along pretty well. The room you would be occupying is a pretty good size room. Big enough for a queen bed dresser and possibly a desk. There is already a TV in the room that you are more than welcome to have and use and it has Directv set up on it. We would be spliting utilities. The closet is really big and can fit quite a lot of clothes. You have your own seperate sink and vanity but there are two doors conecting our bathrooms together so we would be sharing the shower up stairs. There is also a bathroom down stairs too. It is a super cute condo. newly remodeled and i have all the basic furniture.
