Additional Comments: I’ll have a bedroom opening up sometime around December 15th in my 2bed/1bath apartment. The location is on 8th street between Rural and McClintock. It’s 1/2 mile east of campus and is on the Flash Bus route (for possible students). The Cape Cod apartment complex is clean and quiet. The monthly rent would be around $350 plus half the electrical and internet/cable bill. Wireless internet is available. A little background of myself: I’m a male chemistry graduate student and tend to be busy. When I’m around the apartment, I’m quiet, clean, and like to cook. |
